The AE200 is a five-seat tilting-propeller aircraft built for intercity routes in China’s eastern economic corridors. Tilting propellers give better cruise efficiency than a multirotor while keeping a single propulsion system for both hover and forward flight.
It is the first manned tilting-propeller eVTOL to receive an operating certificate in China, and is targeting completion of full airworthiness certification in late 2026 or early 2027.
