What we collect

When you submit a charter request, join a route waitlist or submit a company for listing, we collect the details you enter in that form. We also collect anonymous, aggregated page view statistics.

How we use it

Charter enquiries are used to respond to your request and, where relevant, to pass your requirement to operators who can serve the route. Waitlist emails are used only to tell you when service opens on the route you asked about. Company submissions are used to verify and publish directory listings.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not run third party advertising trackers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you made a charter enquiry.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry records are kept for two years and then deleted. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us through the charter request form and mark your message as a data request.
